where scarecrows outnumber people

In this Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014 photo, a teenager look alike scarecrow sits on a log pile in Nagoro, Tokushima Prefecture, southern Japan. This village deep in the rugged mountains of southern Japan once was home to hundreds of families. Now, only 35 people remain, outnumbered three-to-one by scarecrows that Tsukimi Ayano crafted to help fill the days and replace neighbors who died or moved away. (AP Photo/Elaine Kurtenbach)

    Dear Prime Minister,

While the United States no longer produces much, it does have many "experts" in moving real estate.

It is commonly held notion that we in America have far too many lawyers, and if that is true then we certainly have an over abundant surplus of real estate agents, some of them are very hard working and reliable. Surely you can invite a few hundred to Japan to show you "how it's done."

Once I saw an American Factory listed on eBay so why not list your vacant towns on Zillow or with Century 21?

    Best Regards,

    Nat
