Once, before leash laws became fashionable, dogs roamed at ease through urban neighborhoods. Now, in my neck of the woods, it's the local chickens. I wonder if some exceptionally-conscientious individual will drum up support for leashing chickens: Just imagine what might happen if a herd of chickens attacked some hapless child! And you thought "Night of the Walking Dead" was scary!
