Vietnamese air travelers en route from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang, a popular seaside resort, were recently treated to a Hawaiian-themed dance by beauty contestants clad in bikini tops.
Authorities were not amused and fined the budget airline, VietJetAir, something in excess of $900 for infractions of 'airline regulations' that seemed to be the only penalty they could assess for a lapse in decorum.Strange to think that passengers en route to a place of vacationing undress might be offended by those who started the party a little early.
